Think Tank 30 of the Club of Rome

Allgemein / Projects

The concept of current terms such as agile, Design Thinking, Scrum and Human Centered Design enters the public sector and raise questions about the shaping of political structures. How can processes perceive, absorb and integrate the needs of humans? Can new ways of working soften existing, older, structures and strengthen cooperation? The 2016 Spring Conference, from the 15th to the 17th of April in Kassel, used the expertise of the Think Tank 30 to allow members […]

Ouissal: the German-Arab Mentoring Project

Projects

Africa, here we go again. I am happily appointed to OUISSAL, a female German-Arab network and therefore will be in Casablanca to take part in the opening in the beginning of October. Ouissal in English roughly means “bridge” or “connection”. Therefore, it perfectly embodies the goal of the German-Arab Mentoring Project of the EMA: the interactive exchange between experienced women, the development of a sustainable business idea in intercultural mentor-protégée tandems and the strengthening of an […]

Faktor N

Projects

Germany has to become sustainable – environmentally, economically and socially. Politics and economy create the necessary changes to not act alone. Society as a whole should support the changes. A culture of sustainability can only be developed when people are allowed to play a decisive role in the center. What is essential is not theoretical knowledge, but the everyday environment in which the individual lives, acts, moves and makes decisions. Faktor N – Scenarios for […]
